Key Responsibilities

  • •Keep and maintain a safe and clean work environment and collect/inspect trend board samples throughout each shift.
  • •Input data into the shop floor and ensure maximum output of printing machines.
  • •Visually check print quality against approved samples, including identifying issues such as light/dark, off-center, faded/missing prints, and defects.
  • •Perform setup activities including plate and color changes, blanket trim and cleaning, color-head setup, and ink mixing when needed.
  • •Follow GMP and HACCP practices and perform printing machine operator duties while meeting Q.C. print standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete 3 to 5 months of previous printing machine operations training of off-set printing.
