Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop data and information management analytics patterns and blueprints, including reference architectures, guardrails, and standards.
  • •Optimize data architecture, data models, and databases by designing and deploying conceptual, logical, and physical data artifacts.
  • •Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability while proactively mitigating data risks with security/compliance controls.
  • •Drive PoC-to-implementation data solutions for service requirements and oversee creation/maintenance of the subject area data warehouse and record of reference.
  • •Mentor the Data Architecture team and collaborate with solution and domain architects to synchronize data entering corporate systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree with 13+ years relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 10–12 years relevant experience.
  • •Proven experience in enterprise data architecture, including data modeling and data warehouse/record-of-reference oversight.
  • •Experience with Big Data analytics tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
  • •Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance/metadata management practices.
  • •Demonstrated track record leading high-performance teams and driving challenging goals.
