•Manage major and complex loss claims for a portfolio of clients, delivering expert advice and driving claim resolution.
•Build and maintain trusted relationships with insurers, brokers, and key stakeholders to support claim outcomes.
•Demonstrate advanced negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills in complex scenarios.
•Manage portfolios with a commercial, client-focused approach and high standards of technical excellence.
•Collaborate with a high-performing team and leaders to support professional growth and development.

Key Requirements

•Strong and demonstrable experience in major and complex loss adjusting
•ANZIIF or AICLA qualifications (or equivalent)
•Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
•Valid driver’s licence
•Experience building and managing complex loss portfolios with a commercial, client-focused approach
