Key Requirements

  • •BE in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 4–8 years of experience in supplier development and quality and manufacturing or process engineering.
  • •Knowledge of problem-solving and continuous improvement tools (Six Sigma, Kaizen, A3) plus APQP, PPAP, Core Tools, GD&T, and AIAG.
  • •Working knowledge of supplier change management (process and systems) and statistical tools such as SPC and Gauge R&R.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes for electrical/electronic components and special processes such as heat treatment, coating, and plating.
