Key Responsibilities

  • •Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close (GL management, journal entries, reconciliations) and technical GAAP accounting policies for complex areas such as equity compensation, capitalized development costs, and lease obligations.
  • •Oversee AR, AP, and billing, managing DSO, DPO, and billing accuracy to support liquidity and working capital performance.
  • •Run payroll and treasury operations across jurisdictions, coordinating with HR for compliance and supporting cash forecasting in partnership with FP&A.
  • •Design and maintain an internal controls and compliance environment and manage external audit relationships to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • •Lead multi-entity accounting operations (intercompany framework, consolidations, transfer pricing) while partnering with FP&A and supporting corporate development via M&A accounting and integration diligence.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA designation and 15+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience in high-growth technology businesses; proficient with US GAAP and working knowledge of IFRS.
  • •Deep experience with multi-entity, multi-national accounting (intercompany, consolidation, and transfer pricing).
  • •Proven ability to build and scale a controls environment with public-company readiness as a long-term objective.
  • •Experience running a tight, high-quality close and managing accounting operations across AR, AP, billing, payroll, tax, and treasury.
  • •Hands-on experience with M&A accounting (diligence support, purchase price allocation, and post-acquisition integration) and demonstrated use of AI/automation tools in accounting workflows.
