Job Summary

Support the HSE Manager/Project HSE Manager in implementing the HSE management system by planning, executing, evaluating, and analyzing on-site HSE activities. Help ensure compliance with the PHSP and Project HSE Management Programme, coordinate HSE training and meetings, monitor hazards and unsafe conditions through daily observations, and support incident reporting and resolution in line with company policies and IMS requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in implementing and ensuring compliance with the Project Health and Safety Management Plan (PHSP) and the Project HSE Management Programme.
•Arrange, conduct, and participate in HSE training sessions, HSE Committee, and coordination meetings.
•Advise supervisory staff on accident prevention and improvements to work methods.
•Monitor execution of HSE activities on a project to ensure HSE requirements are met; identify hazards and unsafe conditions daily, raise observation reports, and record corrective measures.
•Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in line with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Level 6 Diploma in OHS.
•Diploma in NEBOSH or related technical certificates.
•Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant experience.
•Strong knowledge of integrated management systems, environmental regulations (air, wastewater, hazardous waste), and chemical material management including MSDS.
•ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills.
