Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end product and technology strategy across scraping infrastructure, proxy networks, and structured data API products.
  • •Lead, scale, and develop a 25+ person product and engineering organization across multiple countries and time zones.
  • •Set technical architecture direction for high-scale, high-reliability infrastructure, including proxy management and large-scale scraping systems.
  • •Drive AI and modern ML tooling into both the product and how the team builds and ships.
  • •Define and execute a unified product roadmap across the merged lines, representing product/technology to the board and CEO.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading product and/or engineering at a highly technical company (CTO/CPO/VP Engineering or similar).
  • •Experience at a 25+ person org or larger.
  • •Hands-on depth in web scraping, proxies, or closely adjacent infrastructure.
  • •Proven track record with AI/ML, shaping AI-powered product capability and AI-native ways of working through engineering.
  • •Experience owning product vision and technical architecture together, comfortably communicating at board level.
