Remote Service Engineer - Ultrasound

Provide advanced remote technical service support for Philips Ultrasound devices, handling inbound customer calls with system access for initial remote diagnosis. Create and manage support cases by verifying contract entitlement, proactively monitor systems to reduce downtime, and coordinate site visits and parts ordering when remote fixes aren’t possible. Collaborate with Technical Support, Technology, and Service teams, escalate issues as needed, and drive improvements to customer experience.
