Job Summary

Lead and deliver complex IT and communications programs, accountable for overall performance across cost, schedule, compliance, and contract/task order provisions. Provide program leadership to contractor personnel, manage integrated master schedules and work breakdown structures, and oversee stakeholder communications, reporting, and issue resolution. Drive program quality, efficiency, and profitability while coordinating contract changes, equitable adjustments, and acquisitions supporting wireless/private mobile network initiatives including 5G deployments.

•Provide leadership and guidance to contractor personnel, including assigning tasks and supervising technical efforts.
•Oversee contract stakeholder management through communications, reporting, and problem resolution.
•Ensure program quality, efficiency, and profitability, proactively addressing contractual/programmatic and resource limitations issues.
•Coordinate contract changes, Request for Equitable Adjustments (REAs), proposal development, and multi-team procurement activities.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of IT project management experience within the last 10 years.
•2+ years as a program manager for a major enterprise infrastructure upgrade program implementing an emerging technology for a Department of War (DoW) customer.
•2+ years managing a program with 3+ complex, inter-related Communication or IT projects using an integrated master schedule (IMS) and work breakdown structures (WBS).
•Recent experience implementing 5G technology for wireless and private mobile network infrastructure projects.
•Current PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or PgMP certification, plus an active DoD Secret clearance.
