•Establish and maintain strong relationships with key travel partners; understand needs and goals and manage partner contracts and agreements.
•Collaborate with partners on product integration, optimization, and performance improvement; provide input on product roadmap and feature enhancements.
•Develop and optimize content strategies for partners while ensuring content meets supply and quality standards aligned to partner business goals.
•Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement optimization strategies; provide recommendations.
•Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data, and operations) to ensure successful partner management and stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
•Experience in travel industry partnerships or account management.
•Strong understanding of the travel industry and its trends.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency using travel industry software and tools.
