CDI - Responsable Expertise et Savoir-faire (H/F)

Lead and animate the group’s expert communities for Hermès Manufacture de Métaux, defining and updating technical standards, and providing on-site technical support. Drive excellence in metalworking savoir-faire (machining, polishing, electroplating, mechanical assembly) and ensure knowledge sharing, audits, and continuous improvement across fabrication sites and central teams.
