Job Summary

Strategically drive ERP transformations for customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, Power Platform, and Copilot. Lead early qualification through to winning proposals, articulate clear customer visions, and collaborate with executives to create compelling demos, value propositions, and end-to-end ERP solutions that modernize finance, operations, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

•Steer strategic ERP opportunities with high visibility from qualification to proposal closure, shaping pursuit strategy and winning projects
•Design and propose modern Dynamics 365-based ERP solutions that connect finance, operations and supply chain with Power Platform and AI capabilities
•Translate complex requirements into clear product visions, compelling demos, and differentiating value propositions for executive-level stakeholders
•Collaborate closely with sales, solution design and delivery teams to create credible project starts and reusable assets
•Contribute to the evolution of Avanades ERP offering through thought leadership and market positioning

Key Requirements

•Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and end-to-end ERP processes across finance, operations and supply chain
•Proven track record in managing stakeholder-driven sales opportunities and developing solutions that win customers
•Strong discovery facilitation skills, ability to articulate value narratives, and experience communicating with senior leadership in English (and local language as needed)
•Knowledge of Power Platform, integration patterns, and delivery aspects; ability to qualify, shape, and transition deals into implementation
•Proactive, curious, team-oriented with the ability to influence in a dynamic environment and translate new D365 and Copilot features into tangible customer value
