•Conduct on-site walkthroughs of complex or high-priority installations to ensure proper setup and operation.
•Verify system functionality (including airflow and refrigerant performance) and document findings in field reports.
•Provide detailed technical assessments and feedback to installation teams, project managers, and engineering staff; support training by identifying recurring challenges or best practices.
