Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end platform issue governance across multiple business lines, from identifying systemic problems in user feedback to resolution tracking.
•Drive product and engineering improvements by surfacing recurring pain points and partnering on lasting fixes.
•Optimize business and oncall processes by identifying workflow inefficiencies and refining operational processes to enhance resolution quality.
•Conduct periodic data analysis and reporting (biweekly/quarterly) quantifying issue trends, governance progress, and optimization outcomes.
•Build diagnostic tools and self-service solutions, and apply AI tools and automation to enhance governance efficiency and analytical depth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of relevant experience in platform operations, user operations, product operations, or technical program management.
•3+ years of data analysis experience, with strong ability to extract insights from operational data and translate them into prioritized action plans.
•Proven track record driving cross-functional projects to completion with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
•Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with engineering teams on issue diagnosis and solution design.
•Proficiency in Chinese and English to collaborate with global partners where Mandarin is a primary working language.
