Staff Data Scientist

Lead embedded data science for Adobe’s Pro Design product teams by translating ambiguous questions into structured analyses, trustworthy product metrics, and actionable recommendations. Own experiment design and execution end to end, improving experimental rigor across products. Build predictive and segmentation models (propensity/churn/LTV), and collaborate with ML engineers and applied scientists. Create internal AI-powered data products that scale the team’s impact across the organization.
