  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design as an embedded data science lead to translate ambiguous questions into structured analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • •Define and steward core product metrics, partnering with analytics engineering to keep metric definitions trustworthy and consistent.
  • •Develop and run experiments end to end, improving experimental rigor throughout various products.
  • •Build predictive, propensity, and segmentation models, collaborating with applied scientists and ML engineers as capabilities grow.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
  • •10+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or a similar quantitative role.
  • •Strong statistics foundation and experimentation design, including advanced experimentation techniques such as CUPED, sequential testing, and heterogeneous treatment effects.
  • •Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
  • •Experience building segmentation and predictive models (propensity, churn, LTV) to drive product or marketing actions.
