Network Security Analyst, Firewall Operations (Contract)

Provide Level 1–3 operational support for firewall infrastructure with a primary focus on the Palo Alto Networks platform. Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve firewall rule requests, connectivity and policy issues, and manage VPN, NAT, and routing/security policy conflicts. Create and maintain firewall rules using least-privilege and change management, monitor health/logs, and track tickets end-to-end in ServiceNow while escalating complex issues as needed.
