Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic customer analytics across one or more high-priority customer analytics domains, clarifying business questions and evaluating opportunities.
  • •Drive deep-dive analyses across the customer journey, including funnel performance, segmentation, conversion, engagement, product adoption, monetization, retention, expansion, and long-term value.
  • •Define and govern domain KPIs, translate complex questions into decision frameworks and actionable recommendations, and evaluate initiative impact.
  • •Support experimentation and advanced analytics (impact evaluation, forecasting, scenario analysis, simulation modeling, segmentation, predictive analytics), partnering with Data Science for complex modeling.
  • •Build executive-ready narratives, mentor and guide analysts, and help scale analytics via reusable frameworks, improved data foundations, and AI-assisted self-serve workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 151,200 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Expert-level SQL skills across complex relational data, validating analytical logic with confidence.
  • •Strong B2B SaaS/marketplace/fintech/revenue/growth/product/customer or go-to-market analytics experience tied to customer journey metrics.
  • •Proficiency with Tableau for clear, compelling, executive-ready reporting and narratives.
  • •Hands-on experience with foundational and advanced analytics such as experimentation (A/B tests), impact evaluation, forecasting, scenario analysis, simulation modeling, and predictive analytics.
  • •Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to mentor analysts and lead through influence as a senior individual contributor.
