Key Responsibilities

  • •Under general supervision, perform general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently to support facility operations.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, loosening large nuts, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching hoses as needed.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty equipment, controlling and monitoring load-out functions and operating automated scale/dump systems.
  • •Conduct and record daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks and inspect equipment for leaks; monitor and maintain inventory quality.
  • •Maintain clean, safe work areas and perform grounds/warehouse duties (including snow removal and forklift/loader work), reporting issues and promoting a safety culture.
