Job Summary

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support high-quality backend software for endpoint security solutions. You’ll collaborate with architects, project managers, developers, QA, and UI designers to build customer-focused products. Use AI-native development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) across the full development lifecycle, create and run test cases, troubleshoot complex issues, and automate release processes. Build and validate REST APIs, microservices, and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Use AI-native development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) throughout the development lifecycle to deliver stable, high-quality output efficiently.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss requirements, integrate across teams, and resolve issues.
•Deliver features end-to-end across planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations.
•Create and execute test cases and scripts to validate functionality, performance, reliability, and security.
•Troubleshoot and debug complex issues by identifying root causes, then automate and improve development and release processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
•Experience building an AI-native development workflow across the development lifecycle and familiarity with context engineering/agent tools (e.g., AI Agent Skills, MCP servers).
•Proficiency with one or more programming languages such as Golang, Python, Java, Node.js, or C#.
•Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium, pytest, or Robot Framework.
•Familiarity with microservices and REST API development, plus relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis).
