Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 8+ years of engineering/manufacturing operations experience, or a Master’s degree with 5+ years in a related engineering/manufacturing operations environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience with graphic programming, part modeling, and program simulation software, including NX and Vericut.
  • •Ability to utilize process monitoring software.
  • •Experience programming and implementing manufacturing programs into production environments.
  • •Experience with rotating hardware, airfoils, and continuous improvement projects (preferred).
