You’ll partner with TA Partners, hiring managers, and team leaders to gather requirements, promote roles via job portals, screen and assess candidates, manage relationships, and coordinate onboarding. You’ll also build candidate pipelines and help improve hiring efficiency by supporting new projects and optimizing current recruiting processes across cross-functional and regional teams.
