Job Summary

Join Boeing Defence United Kingdom as a Process Analyst for Operations Support, focused on incident management across Critical, Major and High Business Profile incidents. You’ll coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, manage escalations, drive continual improvement of ITIL/ITSM processes, and ensure timely, quality communications and reporting from two UK locations in a hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and ensure management of the Incident lifecycle and full resolution of all Critical, Major (MI) and High Business Profile (HBP) incidents with communications aligned to current processes.
•End-to-end responsibility for the management, communication, escalation, investigation and resolution of Major incidents, with timely and quality updates for business and customers.
•Ensure MI/HBP investigations are completed and a Major Incident Review/report is produced within agreed timescales.
•Provide SME support to prioritise incidents according to impact and urgency and influence on the business.
•Ensure incidents are recorded correctly in the IT Service Management Toolset and drive recovery/improvement actions to prevent reoccurrence.
