Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other project parties.
  • •Administer contracts in line with project objectives, policies, and governance.
  • •Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion.
  • •Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow; ensure timely and correct applications.
  • •Collaborate with client/contractor teams on deliverables, KPIs, and value engineering; manage contract change and negotiate final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent communication and a collaborative, best-for-project attitude.
  • •Previous experience or understanding of cost management, contract management, and contract cash flow.
  • •Experience with change management and control, including valuation, risk management, procurement, estimating, and pricing.
  • •Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters (procurement routes, value management/value engineering).
  • •Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject and/or working towards a professional body membership.
