Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of training professionals to ensure on-time delivery of customer deliverables (storyboards, scenarios, training documents) in accordance with contract requirements.
  • •Prepare the LVCTS Training Management Plan and incorporate customer feedback.
  • •Prepare and host Training Program Mandated System Reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
  • •Host Training Development Working Group with SMEs to guide Training Deliverables and establish sub-working groups for Courseware and Scenario Development.
  • •Develop the LVCTS training program including Training Needs/Media Analysis, Acceptance and Verification processes, and Scenario Acceptance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Education (or equivalent in training and experience).
  • •Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in project management, engineering, or training development, preferably in defence or aerospace.
  • •Strong expertise in project management including cost control, scheduling, technical performance and reporting.
  • •Exceptional leadership, decision-making and communication skills to balance priorities and drive program success.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Teams, Excel, Project, and SharePoint; experience using DOORS.
