Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of training professionals to ensure on-time delivery of customer deliverables (storyboards, scenarios, training documents) in accordance with contract requirements.
•Prepare the LVCTS Training Management Plan and incorporate customer feedback.
•Prepare and host Training Program Mandated System Reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
•Host Training Development Working Group with SMEs to guide Training Deliverables and establish sub-working groups for Courseware and Scenario Development.
•Develop the LVCTS training program including Training Needs/Media Analysis, Acceptance and Verification processes, and Scenario Acceptance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Education (or equivalent in training and experience).
•Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in project management, engineering, or training development, preferably in defence or aerospace.
•Strong expertise in project management including cost control, scheduling, technical performance and reporting.
•Exceptional leadership, decision-making and communication skills to balance priorities and drive program success.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Teams, Excel, Project, and SharePoint; experience using DOORS.
