Job Summary

Lead hands-on product strategy and discovery for an assigned portfolio, translating business goals into actionable roadmaps, business cases, and product artifacts. Own customer problem definition and opportunity evaluation grounded in insight, data, and value. Partner with Product Design and cross-functional Agile teams to bring features and enhancements to market. Use an AI-native product development approach—building AI-enabled workflows and rigorously evaluating outputs to improve quality and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop product strategies, recommendations, roadmaps, and business cases aligned to business objectives and Product leadership direction.
•Own product discovery by identifying customer problems, validating opportunities, and recommending solutions grounded in customer insight, data, and business value.
•Balance investment across new innovation, feature development, and optimization of existing products to drive outcomes.
•Create and maintain product artifacts (product briefs, PRDs, business cases, journey maps, executive presentations, feature definitions, and launch recommendations) to align stakeholders and enable delivery.
•Build and continuously improve AI agents and AI-enabled workflows, applying disciplined evaluation to improve quality and support decision-making while partnering cross-functionally to ship to market.

Key Requirements

•Post-secondary degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
•5+ years of progressive Product Management experience delivering customer or business outcomes through structured problem-solving and cross-functional leadership.
•Proven ability to operate in high cognitive-load environments balancing priorities, ambiguity, and complex stakeholder relationships with sound judgment.
•Experience defining customer problems, evaluating opportunities, and developing recommendations based on customer insight, business objectives, and data.
•Experience creating product deliverables such as product briefs, PRDs, business cases, customer journey maps, and executive presentations, plus proficiency with modern AI tools and product collaboration platforms (e.g., Figma, Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, Miro).
