Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the regional technology lead for the Americas, ensuring business priorities are reflected in planning and delivery of technology initiatives.
  • •Build and maintain connections between operational and technology teams to ensure regional needs, challenges, and priorities are addressed.
  • •Provide strategic advice to regional leadership on technology opportunities, risks, and priorities with a focus on business value and operational impact.
  • •Support regional deployment of global technology strategies, standards, and platforms in partnership with the Technology Delivery function.
  • •Lead regional implementation activities for approved initiatives and monitor post-implementation outcomes to measure value delivered and enable continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; collaboration may be needed with partners outside Quebec.
  • •Define and shape the strategic direction for AI, automation, data, and digital technologies, leading analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • •Demonstrate deep understanding of Responsible AI, automation, and digital transformation, with alignment to enterprise priorities, accepted KPIs, governance requirements, and safety guardrails.
  • •Design, develop, test, and implement AI-enabled document management and information governance solutions.
  • •Experience developing, configuring, integrating, or coordinating solutions using approved enterprise technologies, including APIs, system integrations, data flows, authentication methods, connectors, and interoperability (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Azure AI, Databricks, Microsoft 365).
