Job Summary

Support group business commercial and revenue targets by optimizing group pricing and improving reporting, data analysis, and processes. Create and track accurately priced group quotations, develop dashboards and commercial reports using historical and live data, and analyze route performance, competitors, seasonality, and customer segments. Coordinate with Commercial, Revenue Management, Sales Support, and CEC teams—especially during peak Umrah and Hajj periods—to maximize revenue opportunities.

•Maximize group revenue aligned with approved commercial objectives.
•Provide timely, accurate quotations and maintain full visibility into quotation status.

•Analyze route performance, competitor activity, and booking/pricing data to improve revenue efficiency and profitability.
•Coordinate with Group Desk, CEC, and Sales Support, and support peak planning for Umrah and Hajj periods.
