Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, test, deploy, and operate full-stack applications end-to-end, including system design, implementation, testing, observability, and lifecycle support.
  • •Own features end-to-end by collaborating with business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • •Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and shared engineering standards.
  • •Develop custom AI agents for workflow support such as task automation, decision support, and summarization.
  • •Build and integrate AI-enabled systems using MCP and integrate external/internal AI services via well-designed APIs, including reliability, security, permissions, and data boundary enforcement.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid foundation in software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, code quality, and testing practices.
  • •Experience building and delivering production software through professional roles, internships, or substantial project work.
  • •Familiarity with backend or full-stack development, including API development and data persistence.
  • •Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts, deployment workflows, and operational considerations.
  • •Ability to understand system design concepts and how applications behave in production.
