Senior Principal Subcontracts Specialist

Solve unique, complex Subcontracts challenges and provide specialist expertise within the Supply Chain function. Review and approve subcontract tendering and award documentation, support pre- and post-award clarifications and meetings, and guide negotiations for pricing, performance requirements, and delivery schedules. Monitor subcontractor risk, performance, quality, and compliance with prime contractual and subcontract agreement obligations, coordinating closely with project teams to manage changes, invoices, and reporting.
