Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the SRE strategy, architecture, and roadmap aligned to product and business goals.
  • •Design, deploy, and optimize production-grade containerized workloads and compliant cloud environments for regulated domains.
  • •Establish observability, monitoring, and alerting to support performance and capacity planning at scale.
  • •Drive incident management, including on-call rotations, root cause analysis, and systemic reliability improvements.

Salary: USD 145,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure roles, with a BS in Computer Science/Cybersecurity/Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •Proven expertise in container orchestration, ideally Kubernetes.
  • •Extensive experience with infrastructure-as-code, ideally Terraform.
  • •Strong cloud platform experience, ideally AWS, plus monitoring/alerting and performance optimization for distributed systems.
  • •Scripting/programming proficiency for automation and exceptional troubleshooting/incident management, with strong communication for cross-functional influence.
