Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the trusted financial advisor and primary business banking contact for most client-related matters.
  • •Drive focused growth and business development by building holistic understanding of client/prospect business/industry and analyzing relevant data and trends.
  • •Educate clients on Key’s capabilities and business banking products (e.g., cash management, payments, equipment finance).
  • •Maintain active prospecting and develop a referral network (Center of Influence).
  • •Lead and participate in credit processes and portfolio activities to ensure sound asset quality and accurate risk assessment, partnering with Credit as sponsor for credit decisions.

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years experience in a small business/commercial lending environment (required).
  • •Minimum of 1 year of experience cross-selling products and a track record of meeting/exceeding aggressive sales goals (required).
  • •Ability to build trust through a client-centric approach and take a long-term, innovative problem-solving approach.
