Key Responsibilities

•Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling to patients with severe mental illness.
•Conduct assessments to identify health and behavioral needs and create individualized coaching plans.
•Implement behavior-change strategies, address barriers, and adjust plans based on patient progress.
•Support dietary and nutrition-led interventions in partnership with dietitians/nutritionists.
•Lead daily and weekly group activities that promote light movement, physical wellness, and healthy routines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, working with complex patient populations, preferably in the mental health space.
•Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field from an ACEND-accredited program, with current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
•Solid understanding of basic workplace technology and interest in using technology to improve patient outcomes
•Experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling and coordinating care as part of an interdisciplinary team
