  • •Drive landlord shell acceptance through tenant fit-out on schedule and budget across the portfolio.
  • •Escalate and manage schedule, cost, and quality risks; partner with Project Controls for program-level tracking.
  • •Coordinate EHS safety program execution with the Construction EHS Manager at each site.
  • •Interface with Design Engineering and Commissioning to enforce BOD/drawing gate and manage startup/turnover handoffs toward integrated testing.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial construction management, including multi-site or regional oversight.
  • •Experience managing landlord-delivered shell space and tenant improvement scopes.
  • •Working fluency in MEP systems, commissioning sequencing, and high-density compute fit-out trades (e.g., busway/RPP and liquid cooling/CDU integration).
  • •Track record managing GC and trade partner performance across concurrent, geographically distributed sites.
  • •Comfort using schedule and cost tracking tools and operating without a fully built-out project controls function; frequent multi-state travel ability.
