  • •Verify and document issues and bugs for tracking and escalation.
  • •Manage incidents, including stakeholder communication and coordination with development teams.
  • •Collaborate with Software Engineering teams to establish support workflows and monitoring plans for new products and projects.
  • •Participate in shift rotations and perform rotating out-of-hours on-call for high-severity incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience providing Level 2 (L2) support in a tech-driven business environment.
  • •Proficient problem-solving and strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • •Software development experience, particularly with Python.
  • •Strong desire to identify and resolve root causes to prevent recurring issues with code owners.
  • •Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; English proficiency required.
