Senior Case Manager Level 1

Manage a Compulsory Third Party (CTP) personal injury claims portfolio through to finalisation, delivering timely, accurate administration and excellent customer service. Assess claimant needs by analysing medical information, coordinating treatment and rehabilitation, and handling benefit-related correspondence. Make evidence-based decisions on reasonable and necessary treatment, while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and quality standards. Partner with legal, medical, and rehabilitation stakeholders and work with your Team Manager for coaching and support.
