Lead the development and rollout of Qiddiya City’s statutory planning control framework, ensuring masterplans are translated and integrated into a coordinated, city-wide planning system. Drive the expansion of permitting activities, define future permitting and licensing responsibilities, and coordinate engagement with government stakeholders through MOUs, SLAs, and related agreements. Shape governance structures and modernize processes and digital systems via a technology roadmap for Qiddiya’s regulatory ecosystem.
