Job Summary

Coordinate and optimize logistic flows at Thales La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, map and address bottlenecks in material and data movements, draft and update procedures, lead continuous improvement projects (5S, SMED, VSM, Kaizen), ensure stock reliability, support operations with methodological tools (Excel, SharePoint, SAP), and deploy new logistics solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Pilot and optimize the company’s logistics flows at the La Ferté Saint Aubin site, ensuring efficient physical and information exchanges.
•Map goods, materials and data flows, identify bottlenecks or ruptures, and propose corrective actions to streamline internal and external exchanges.
•Draft and update logistics procedures, operating instructions, and work instructions, ensuring dissemination and proper use by logistics teams and support functions (production, quality, purchasing).
•Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean: 5S, SMED, VSM, Kaizen) and rigorously monitor performance indicators (service level, stock levels, lead times).
•Ensure stock reliability, participate in inventories, and propose operational solutions to meet deadlines.

Key Requirements

•Degree in logistics or a related field
•Proven experience in an industrial environment with strong regulatory requirements, preferably in defense
•Strong knowledge of traceability processes and ISO 9001/EN 9100
•Experience with ERP tools such as Excel, SharePoint and SAP
•Analytical mindset with the ability to identify dysfunctions and implement corrective actions
