Job Summary

HR Specialist to lead HR operations for the Premium Accounts/Merchant BU in India. You will drive Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, manage Talent Management and PMO activities, partner with regional leaders, and oversee employee lifecycle programs, while aligning with startup culture and fast-paced growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: ensure workforce requirements are aligned with annual operating plan and organizational structure, and collaborate with TA partner to source talent; review profiles, interview candidates, and roll out offers
•Talent Management: drive performance management processes, address low performers with managers, and track progress with performance improvement plans
•Business Partnering: maintain regular touch points with employees, analyze attrition, visit sales offices, and interpret HR policies to resolve issues
•Drive organization health: lead manager connect surveys and ensure broad coverage across the region
•HR policy ownership: address employee queries and provide timely support within decided timelines
