•Oversee work direction by providing training, defining job assignments, correcting deficient performance, and rewarding and developing employees.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in operations and/or business operations.
•Supervisory experience with the ability to train, assign work, correct performance issues, and develop employees.
•Ability to establish daily operating policies and ensure execution with strong verbal and written communication.
•Ability to evaluate and improve programs for housekeeping, safety, and equipment maintenance while maintaining related recordkeeping logs.
•Ability to operate loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile and work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures.
