Key Responsibilities

  • •Support capacity planning and management by monitoring team capacity and enabling adoption of capacity tools and processes
  • •Maintain the resource planning tool by ensuring data accuracy and producing regular staffing reports with trends and variances
  • •Create capacity dashboards and monitor KRIs/utilization to surface staffing imbalances
  • •Partner across teams to strengthen staffing, talent practices, and workforce effectiveness within IAG
