Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full technical ownership and sustaining support for pick & place (P&P) handler platforms to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and production readiness.
  • •Lead equipment installation, setup, qualification, and production release to enable stable manufacturing ramp-up.
  • •Drive systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and improve Overall Equipment Utilization (OEU).
  • •Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance (PM) programs to maximize uptime and extend machine lifecycle.
  • •Monitor equipment performance metrics and initiate CAPA; support NPI, machine conversion, and process optimization to meet yield and throughput targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in a semiconductor test manufacturing environment.
  • •Hands-on experience with Pick & Place Handler equipment.
  • •Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, servo, pneumatic, and motion control systems.
  • •Experience in high-mix and high-volume production environments.
