  • •Use operational business knowledge under broad direction to make tactical decisions and coordinate the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area (NWA).
  • •Coordinate day-to-day activities of individuals performing job/resource planning roles.
  • •Validate job proposals and assess service delivery requirements against available resources for assigned jobs.
  • •Coordinate third-party services and equipment engagement within assigned NWA operations.
  • •Communicate effectively with customers and service delivery staff to resolve service delivery issues and irregularities, while aligning to safety, service quality, and process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma and at least 5 years of experience in Halliburton field operations.
  • •Cementing and casing equipment technical knowledge, including experience running CMT Casing equipment tools.
  • •Ability to validate job proposals and review requirements against available resources.
  • •Experience assessing service delivery requirements for each job within an assigned Natural Work Area (NWA).
  • •Ability to coordinate the engagement and use of third-party services and equipment within an assigned NWA.
