Job Summary

Provide high-quality commercial planning advice across all stages of the development process, from EIA and plan promotion through appeals. Lead client meetings and manage projects with budgetary control while working with multidisciplinary teams and statutory bodies. Oversee negotiations with planning authorities and stakeholders, manage key client relationships, and lead tenders/framework bids to grow business profile and network.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide planning advice to clients at all stages of the development process.
•Work with multidisciplinary teams on planning projects and collaborate with colleagues to deliver multidisciplinary advice.
•Lead client meetings and manage key client relationships.
•Project manage projects, including budgetary control, and support more junior staff and senior colleagues on complex projects.
•Lead tenders and framework bids, and actively drive business development and profile raising.

•Experience of the planning process, including EIA, EIP/plan promotion, and appeals.
•Experience managing and leading major developments, including negotiations with planning authorities and stakeholders.
•Track record of client management and private sector consultancy experience.

•MRTPI qualified.
