Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute client orders across global cash equities and ETFs with high-quality execution and provide market colour and execution guidance to Front Office
  • •Own key aspects of the equities trading platform, improving functionality, stability, controls, and user experience
  • •Triages and coordinates diagnosis, prioritization, and resolution of trading and platform issues with Technology, Operations, and Front Office
  • •Manage material platform or trading incidents end-to-end including escalation, root-cause analysis, and remediation
  • •Drive change management for equities platform enhancements, regulatory initiatives, and other change programmes through testing and implementation

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant equities dealing/execution/trading experience, preferably within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Banking, or institutional brokerage
  • •Strong understanding of global equity markets, market structure and execution
  • •Interest/experience in trading technology, platform management, business analysis, or project delivery to improve trading workflows
  • •Strong ownership, judgement, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • •Relevant Singapore regulatory qualifications and familiarity with trading and market-data platforms (preferred)
