Job Summary

Responsible for safely and efficiently assembling components used to produce food products according to USDA, HACCP, and plant recipe guidelines. You’ll ensure proper placement of ingredients, follow GMPs and safety regulations, and report deviations involving product quality, machinery, or standards. The role includes changeover and sanitation requirements, working around moving equipment, and maintaining a clean, PPE-compliant production area to meet line demands.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Produce desired product as production line demands require.
•Ensure product conforms to recipe specifications and component placement.
•Handle and return scoops, cups, and other utensils properly after use.
•Follow lockout/tagout procedures and adhere to GMPs and USDA/food sanitation guidelines.
•Maintain a clean work area and properly place disposal supplies (e.g., smock, gloves, hairnets) in designated bins; perform other duties assigned by team leadership.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 14.05 hourly

•Be flexible to work overtime and on different production lines or positions as assigned.
