Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle and deliver projects to agreed margin, delivery time, and quality.
  • •Manage FCM/HSS module projects for ship newbuilding applications, including extending to other module products.
  • •Follow the signed TA to issue PR for module components and create approval/working drawings (mechanical + electrical).
  • •Control project margin within budget and coordinate project issues with internal/external customers.
  • •Provide quotation and claim handling support, and feedback to the Product manager on FCM/HSS product improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical (marine engine is a plus).
  • •6+ years’ working experience (marine experience is a plus).
  • •Experience coordinating and planning projects, with a project engineering background preferred.
  • •Familiarity with marine Class regulations and a strong quality mindset.
  • •Good communication and negotiation skills, with English fluency and tools like AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
