•Coordinate and oversee relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring they meet project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
•Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with third-party projects, escalating issues to Texas Instruments' project managers as needed.
•Facilitate communication between Texas Instruments' project managers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
•10 years of experience in project coordination / PMO support
•Experience managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
•Strong knowledge of project planning, tracking, and reporting
•Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when needed
