Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Application Management Services (AMS) across presales, transition, and steady-state operations. Own SLA compliance, service risks, release planning/governance, and continual improvement of service delivery standards. Drive AMS scoping, effort estimation, pricing, RFP/RFI responses, and transformation roadmaps for senior stakeholders. Collaborate with sales, presales, solution architects, and delivery teams—supporting mobilisation and governance through CI/CD-enabled DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Support SAP AMS presales cycles, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal development.
•Design value-driven AMS delivery models and oversee preparation of RFP/RFI responses, pricing models, resource pyramids, SLAs, and KPIs.
•Oversee SAP service delivery: stakeholder management, SLA compliance, and mitigation of service risks.
•Lead and develop the SAP support team, managing service costs and improving productivity for complex customer contracts.
•Manage SAP release cycles and governance, ensuring QA, compliance with change management protocols, and DevOps adoption using CI/CD automation.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience leading SAP Application Management Services (AMS) across presales, transition, and steady-state delivery.
•Strong experience shaping AMS deals via scoping, effort estimation, pricing, SLA definition, and value-based operating models.
•Experience presenting AMS transformation roadmaps, delivery frameworks, and governance structures to senior stakeholders.
•Hands-on knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, SAP FSM, ECC 6.0), with familiarity in other ERP systems as an advantage.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; ITIL accreditation or equivalent and SAP RUN methodology expertise.
