  • •Build scalable workforce frameworks, including job architecture, career frameworks, and decision approaches for evolving teams and capabilities.
  • •Strengthen leadership and manager capability through leadership frameworks, manager development programs, and scalable capability-building initiatives.
  • •Translate business priorities into transformation roadmaps with implementation plans, governance, success measures, and sustainable adoption approaches.

Key Requirements
