Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify implementation of the Project Quality Plan, procedures, and contractor quality systems.
  • •Plan and execute system and process audits and risk-based surveillance.
  • •Review ITPs and quality records for adequacy, traceability, and compliance.
  • •Chair Pre-Inspection Meetings and lead/participate in contractor quality meetings; prepare evidence and close assigned actions.
  • •Manage NCR/CAPA trends and action follow-up, including escalation of systemic or high-risk issues and applying the NCR/QOC lifecycle to closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical degree).
  • •Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience on industrial EPC/EPCM construction projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 19011, ITPs, NCR/CAPA, audit principles, and contractor quality management.
  • •Ability to plan and execute system and process audits and review quality records for adequacy, traceability, and compliance.
  • •Multidiscipline exposure across Civil, Steel Structures, E&I, Mechanical, and Piping is strongly preferred.
